Refund & Returns Policy

All artificial grass supplied by Astro London is bespoke, therefore non-refundable and non-returnable.

Faulty or damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess and may replace or credit accordingly.

Returns are not accepted for installed products or custom orders. Any approved returns must be unused and in original condition, with return costs covered by the customer.

Once installation has commenced, no cancellations or refunds are permitted.
